Unfortunately, the lady you have to deal with at this Company, I believe her name is Lou, is very rude and unprofessional. She treated me with more disrespect than I have ever encountered in my life. She had absolutely no patience and jumped to conclusions as opposed to being kind and listening to me. She cut me off numerous times and yelled at me because I didn't understand what she was explaining to me. As opposed to helping me, she hung up on me twice. Very unprofessional! When I told her she was being unprofessional her response was "I don't care, you're being unprofessional. Really? I was trying to be as nice as I could and never raised my voice once, I wouldn't have been able to if I wanted to b/c every time I opened my mouth, she cut me off. I am utterly appalled and pray she finds the relief she needs. If someone is so stressed out that they have to treat someone so poorly, they clearly need a vacation. May God grant you one of those. I have never encountered such horrific communication with someone who is supposed to be a "manager" at a company. I have spoken to some rude people in my life, but never have I had a complete stranger yell at me and put her own words into my mouth because I didn't understand what she was saying. Maybe the company itself does a good job, but I would never want to speak to that ignorant lady again.
